This site is dedicated to the lyrics of the legendary Edgar Broughton Band, who have in their time been described as 'proto-punk', 'heavy rock', 'underground' and more recently (and most accurately!) as 'a bloody good rock band!'

I have done my best to transcribe all the lyrics here, by album, with album cover info and some album cover art included. It is, however, incomplete as I have not yet managed to decipher the growlings contained within Wasa Wasa, hence there being no lyrics for that album(except for American Soldier Boy& Why Can't Somebody Love Me?). The rest are here, as accurate as I could manage. Some of the singles are there too, though not all, and Wasa Wasa will hopefully be transcribed here one day soon (I have sent a potted version of what I think to Rob who is going to help me with my, probably very many, errors of translation and return!)

Incidentally, not that it is that important, I am Phil Robb, one of Art's many nephew's, but enough about me.......enjoy the rtest of the site!!
